Experium provides drone inspection services across Finland, delivering visual documentation for buildings, industrial facilities, energy infrastructure, and construction sites.

Drones equipped with high-resolution cameras and precise geospatial data collection (e.g., RTK) enable efficient and safe visual inspections of infrastructure such as bridges, buildings, and pipelines. These inspections can detect structural damage, material degradation (such as corrosion, concrete spalling, or surface cracks), and other visible anomalies. This supports real-time maintenance and repair planning.
We also produce accurate 3D models and digital twins that can be examined remotely from the office and compared over time with designs or previous measurements. This improves asset management, documentation, and preventive maintenance without the need for constant on-site inspections.
Drones are highly suitable for visual inspection of telecommunication towers, enabling the detection of issues such as loose bolts, corrosion (e.g., rust), and general structural wear that can compromise the tower’s reliability and efficiency. By utilizing RTK technology and high-resolution imaging, we produce georeferenced aerial imagery and accurate 3D models. These can be used for monitoring antenna shifts, detecting fastening issues, identifying defects or deformations, and comparing component positions with design drawings.
Detailed imaging also allows for remote measurements, such as distances between installations, mounting heights, and risk assessment related to obstacles or vegetation. Drone-based tower inspections are up to 7 times faster than traditional methods, reducing the need for climbing and rope access, improving both safety and efficiency.
Collected data can be archived and reused for future comparisons. Results are available to inspection teams immediately after capture, enabling fast, data-driven decisions. Drones can also inspect tower auxiliary equipment, such as generators, meters, cabinets, and transformers, as well as detect environmental risks from vegetation growth or debris.
Drone inspections provide a safe, fast, and cost-efficient way to assess building façades and roofs. Equipped with RTK positioning and high-resolution cameras, drones deliver precise, georeferenced imagery that can reveal visible surface damage such as cracks, corrosion, cladding defects, loose fittings, or material wear, without the need for scaffolding, lifts, or rope access.
Drones can be deployed quickly to inspect large roof areas that would take significantly longer with manual evaluation. Captured imagery makes it possible to detect visible defects in features such as eaves, façades, gutters, roof edges, and roofing structures, all conducted safely from a distance, minimizing fall risks and site disruptions.
Compared to traditional inspection methods, drone inspections are considerably faster and produce highly accurate imagery as well as photogrammetry-based 3D models. These can be used for documentation, measurements, and ongoing project monitoring.
